Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients:

½    lb.

zucchini, sliced
tomatoes, sliced
large Bermuda onion, sliced thinly
Provolone or Mozzarella cheese, shredded
melted butter
cheese.gif (1318 bytes)

Preparation:

1)     Place melted butter in 9 x 13 baking dish
2)     Alternate zucchini, tomatoes, onions and cheese in layers
3)     Bake in 350 ºF oven for 45 - 60 minutes.
